妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤患者外周血肿瘤细胞检测方法的研究
摘要
本文通过荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应（FQ-RT-PCR）,检测β-hCG-mRNA,建立在外周血中检出滋养细胞方法,推测妊娠肿瘤患者外周血中滋养细胞的含量,为肿瘤的发展转移做预防。
