Analysis of Distribution Justice and the Necessity to Improve the Social Security System

随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入,社会保障制度作为市场经济的"内在稳定器"日益受到学者的关注。但考虑的角度主要是从政治层面或经济层面以及社会结构层面,对社会保障制度的理念基础即伦理道德的层面关注得较少。从伦理道德的层面即分配正义的角度来综述现有各学者的观点,分析我国当前完善社会保障的必要性,能"给市场经济一张人道的面孔"。

With the gradual deepening of China＇s economic reform, social security system as the ＂internal stabilizer＂ of a market economy, increasingly gains the attention of scholars from the perspective of political or economic level and social structural level. Unfortunately, the research from ethical perspective is rarely discussed. With the hope of shaping the humanized character of market economy, this article is from the perspective of ethics, that is, distribution justice to summarize existing views of scholars to analyze China＇s current need for improving the social security.
