摘要
"优化教学内容,提高教学效率"为主题的素质教育实验学校创建取得了不少有益的经验,也有力地推动了一些参与学校的课程改革实践与研究。在此过程中,研究者碰到了"优化教学内容"的瓶颈在哪里、"提高教学效率"背景下学生负担的归因以及如何激励教师的专业发展等问题,这些对深化课程改革也是一种挑战。本文围绕加强课程领导、深化课程改革、实施基于课程标准的教学、提升教师课程执行力等方面进行了富有成效的探索。
Experimental school building, with the theme of quality education "optimizing teaching content and improving teaching efficiency", has made a lot of useful experiences and also promoted the practice and research of school's curriculum reform. In this process, the researchers have found the bottleneck of "optimizing teaching content", the reasons of students" burden in the context of " improving teaching efficiency" and how to reform the professional development of stimulating teachers, which reflect the deep prohlem existing in curriculum and teaching fields, a challenge for deepening curriculum change. This paper conducts an effective exploration on strengthening curriculum leadership, deepening curriculum reform, implementing teaching based on the curriculum standards and improving teachers' curriculum executive power .
