Effect of Molecular Weight Regulator on Performances of PP Spunbonding Spinning and Its Products

介绍了聚丙烯纺粘法非织造布生产中分子量调解剂的应用情况。结果表明，纺丝过程中加入分子量调解剂，可以改善聚丙烯的纺丝性能，降低纤维纤度，改善非织造布手感；同时，可降低纺丝温度，节约能源，改善操作环境。

The applied situation of the molecular weight regulators in the production of PP spunbonded is introduced.The use results show that the molecular weight regulators added in the spinning can improve the spinning performances of PP,the filament fineness and the hand of the spunbonded nonwovens;meantime,can also decrease the spinning temperature to save the energy sources and improve the operating conditions.
