摘要
研究了土壤放线菌GLP-27次生代谢产物的抗菌谱及其发酵液的稳定性,采用抑制菌丝生长速率法、管碟法测定发酵液的生物活性,在不同条件下测定发酵液的稳定性。结果表明:在对12种供试病原真菌的抑制效果中,6种达到80%以上。在连续传代10代过程中,4℃及常温条件保存下,培养特征和抑菌活性基本没有变化。发酵液在60~100℃的温度梯度下没有丧失活性,在pH值为2和12的强酸、碱条件下也都比较稳定。
The objective of this paper is to study the antimicrobial spectrum and stability of the strain fermentation extracts produced by antagonistic actinomycete GLP-27.By means of the method of inhibiting mycelial growth rate and cylinder plate method,the study determines the biological activity of fermentation extracts.The stability of the fermentation extracts under different conditions are measured.The results show that:(1) during the inhabit effects of twelve kinds of tested pathogenic fungi,there are six of them reaching over 80%;(2) in the course of continuous subcultures of 10 generations and under the conditions of 4 ℃ and normal temperature,the stability of antibiotic productivity and cultural characteristics of strain GLP-27 are not altered;(3) the fermentation extracts do not lose activity under the temperature gradient of 60 ~ 100 ℃,and they are stable under the conditions of PH2 and PH12.Therefore,it is proved that the fermentation extracts of GLP-27 are worth of developing for they have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and strong stability.
