摘要
阐述了我国食品安全监督管理的现状、概念与重点研究的内容;提出了我国食品安全现存问题;介绍提供了发达国家可资借鉴的食品安全监督管理的经验,最后提出了如何加强我国食品安全监督管理、构建合理的食品安全法律体系的建议。
The present situation and concept and main studying content on food safety supervise in china are elaborated.The problems of food safety existing in china at present are put forward.The experience on food safety supervise in developed country are provided.The suggestions about how to reinforce food safety supervise and construct reasonable legal system are proposed.
