介绍了意大利FIMTEXTILE公司剑杆织机配置的ME1 2系列踏盘开口机构的传动原理 ,以及常用的三种传动比踏盘的种类。通过不规则条牛仔布和方格牛仔布两种变化、联合组织 ,对同一传动比、不同传动比踏盘之间的组合方法作了介绍与分析 ,为踏盘织机产品开发提供了思路。

This paper introduces the driving principle of ME12 series tappet shedding motion on rapier looms made in Italy Fimtextil Co.,and introduces the common tappets with three type gear ratio.According to the introduction and the analysis of tappet combination methods with same gear ratio and different gear ratio in fancy weave fabric(irregular stripe denim) and compound weave fabric(check denim),the paper gives a train of thought for developping products with tappet looms.
