六种方案治疗肺炎的成本与疗效分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis on six regimens in treating pneumonia

目的:评价六种治疗肺炎用药方案的成本与疗效。方法:收集肺炎病例321例,按用药方案不同分为A、B、C、D、E、F六组,观察各组疗效并进行成本与效果分析。结果:各组治愈率和不良反应发生率之间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);成本与效果比分别为14.27、16.97、15.09、21.06、21.6、24.12。结论:A组方案治疗肺炎较佳。

Objective：To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of six medication regimens in the treatment of pneumonia.Methods： 321 cases of pneumonia were collected and divided into A,B,C,D,E,F groups according to medication regimens.The therapeutic effects were observed among the various groups and the cost-effectiveness analysis was performed.Results：There was no significant differences in the cure rate and the rate of adverse reactions among various groups（P0.05）.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 14.27,16.97,15.09,21.06,21.6 and 24.12 respectively.Conclusion：The medication regimen of group A is the optimal one among 6 regimens for treating pneumonia.
