对神经科不可避免性压疮病人的护理

Study on nursing method of inevitable pressure sores in neurological patients

目的:探讨神经科不可避免性压疮病人的预防及护理。方法:选择神经科经过Andersen危险指标记分法[1]评估的不可避免性压疮病人28例,按照入院的先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各14例,两组分类无明显差异。实验组采取新的、有效的护理方法:(1)加强翻身,采用30度翻身法;(2)封闭治疗;(3)创面吹氧;(4)喷重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液和阿米卡星洗剂;(5)抵抗剪力,用自制的珊瑚绒小棉垫垫于骨隆突处增加接触面;(6)间歇性缓解压力;对照组采取常规的护理方法。比较两组病人发生压疮的例数、住院时间、病人满意度等。结果:对不可避免性压疮的病人采取新的有效的护理方法,使不可避免性压疮病人变得可以避免,减少了住院时间,节约了医疗费用,减轻了病人的痛苦,提高了病人的满意度,提高了社会效益。结论:采取新的、有效的护理方法是切实可行的。

Objective：To study the prevention and nursing care of inevitable pressure sores in the neurological patients.Methods：28 cases of inevitable pressure sores evaluated by Andersen dangerous index scores in the neurological department from March 2008 to November 2010 were selected and according to the admission sequence divided into the experimental group and control group,14 cases in each group without significant difference in classification.The experimental group was performed the new effective nursing methods（strengthening turning-body-over by using 30 ° turning-body-over method;blocking therapy;blowing oxygen on wound surface;spraying the topical solution of recombinant bovine basophilic fibroblast growth factor and Amikacin Lotion;resisting shear force and using self-made coral fleece cotton pad in bony eminence for increasing contact surface;intermittently relieving pressure） and the control group received the routine nursing.The number of cases occurring pressure sores,hospitalization time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：Inevitable pressure sores was changed to be evitable by using new effective nursing method,which shortened the hospitalization time,saved the medical expenses,alleviated the suffering of patients,increased the patient satisfaction and improved the social benefit.Conclusion：The new effective nursing method is practical and feasible.
