超声波对非洲菊切花水分状况和膜稳定性影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了超声波(UW)及超声波与保鲜剂复合(UW+PS)预处理对非洲菊切花水分状况和膜稳定性的影响,结果表明:6%蔗糖+0.5 mmol.L-1CoCl2+超声波30 min预处理对非洲菊切花瓶插保鲜效果最好;与对照相比,UW+PS预处理延长了瓶插寿命0.9 d;增大花朵直径0.2 cm;提高了基、中、顶部花茎水势1.13、1.41、0.78mPa;降低花瓣相对电导度15.27%;降低花瓣MDA摩尔质量浓度0.078 3μmol.g-1。UW+PS预处理改善了切花水分状况,提高了切花的吸水能力,加强了膜稳定性。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of UW (ultrasonic wave) and UW+PS (preservative solution) pretreatments on water condition and membrane stability of gerbera cut flowers. Results showed that the gerbera cut flowers pretreated with 6% sucrose + 0.5 mmol · L^-1 CoCl2 exhibited the best vase quality after exposure to the ultrasonic wave for 30 min. Compared'with the control treatment, the vase life of the gerbera cut flowers after pretreatment with UW+PS was prolonged by 0.9 d ; and the diameter of the cut flowers increased by 0.20 cm ; the water potential at the base, middle and top positions in the stem of the cut flowers increased by 1.13, 1.41 and 0.78 MPa respectively; relative electric conductivity in petals decreased by t5.27% ; MDA content in petals decreased by 0. 078 3 μmol · g^-1. The UW+PS pretreatment could improve the water status and water absorption ability of gerbera cut flowers, thereby strengthen the membrane stability.
