带式输送机导料槽阻力的计算方法 被引量:2

摘要 导料槽阻力的计算通常不被重视,当导料槽较长时,导料槽阻力的计算甚至影响到带式输送机的驱动功率。本文在分析导料槽阻力基本原理的基础上,将导料槽区段的物料截面分解成长方形和梯形2部分,引入兰金理论推导出了导料槽阻力的计算式;得出我国当前流行(标准)的计算方法因忽略了下部梯形截面的部分,计算结果具有较大的误差;参照德国标准,给出了导料槽阻力的计算步骤,通过算例分析以及DEM仿真,验证了计算方法的正确性。 Usually the calculation of skirt board resistance is not taken seriously,but for the skirtplates with a great length,the calculation of skirt board resistance even may determine the driving power of the belt conveyor.This paper,based on the analysis of the basic principle of the skirt board resistance,divides the cross-section of the material into two parts,rectangle and trapezoid,and introduces Rankine theory to derive the calculation formula of skirt board resistance.It is concluded that the calculating results have great errors due to ignoring trapezoidal cross-section in the bottom part by using the Chinese current(standard) calculating method.According to DIN22101,the computational procedure of skirt board resistance is given.Analysis of the examples and DEM simulation verify the correctness of the calculation method.
