设计了一种基于单片机控制的邮包自动分拣系统。它是在传统带式输送机和现有自动分拣技术的基础上,利用先进的条形码识别技术和单片机进行控制的自动化分拣系统。该分拣系统分拣作业快速、灵活、准确,操作、维护简单、方便。在设计中运用了机械设计、单片机控制、接口技术、数据采集与处理等技术理论。该系统的应用大大减少了劳动力,提高了工作效率。

The paper designs an automatic postal parcel sorting system based on SCM control.The system uses the advanced bar code identification technology and SCM control for the automatic sorting on the basis of traditional belt conveyor and existing automatic sorting technologies.The sorting operation of the sorting system is fast,flexible,accurate,and the operation and maintenance is simple and convenient.In the design,theories like mechanical design,SCM control,interface technology,data acquisition and processing,etc.are employed.The application of the system greatly reduces the labor and improves the working efficiency.
