摘要
为保证怠速时仍然满足转向助力要求,在发动机额定工作状态下,普通的液压转向系统往往存在流量过剩,造成能量损失较大的现象。采用定量泵负荷传感技术可以实现转向液压系统流量按需分配,仅需增加较低的费用,即可实现叉车节能的目标。本文重点阐述定量泵动态负荷传感系统技术在叉车上的应用。
In order to ensure that the engine still can meet the power-assisted steering needs in the idle state,under the rated working state of the engine,common hydraulic steering system usually has excessive flow,resulting in great energy loss phenomenon.The application of quantitative pump load-sensing technology not only can distribute the steering hydraulic system flow according to need,but also can achieve forklifts' energy saving targets at a lower cost increase.The paper focuses on the application of quantitative pump dynamic load-sensing system in the forklift.
