摘要
对导弹起竖过程进行动力学分析,利用M atlab绘出液压缸长度、受力以及内部压力随起竖角度的变化曲线,找出最易失效的状态,利用AD INA建立最易失效状态下液压缸模型,进行有限元分析。分析结果表明起竖液压缸的强度和刚度符合要求,为起竖液压系统的设计与优化提供了参考。
The paper applies kinetic analysis to the erecting process of the missile,plots the curve of the hydraulic cylinder length,force and internal pressure changes as the erecting angle with Matlab,and identifies the most vulnerable state.The hydraulic cylinder model under the most vulnerable state is established via ADINA and finite element analysis is carried out.The analysis results show that the erecting strength and stiffness of the hydraulic cylinder meet the requirements,providing a reference for the design and optimization of the erecting hydraulic system.
