Finite Element Analysis of Twin Screw of the Extruding Filtering Equipment

在螺旋挤压过滤机的设计中,采用PROE建模构建双螺杆的三维模型,实行从PROE到ANSYS的无损导入,并在此基础上进行螺杆的数值模拟和有限元分析,得出双螺杆的应力和应变云图,对双螺杆的优化设计与研究提供参考。

The three dimensional model of twin screw is established with Pro/E and is imported to ANSYS successfully.Based on these,we analysed and simulated the screw.Moreover the derived the stress and stress contour can be applied to the optimization and research of twin screw.
