摘要 国内外卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机(简称卧螺离心机)广泛采用双级2K-H渐开线行星齿轮差速器及K-H-V摆线针轮差速器,分析上述两种差速器的优缺点,秉承二种差速器的优点,摒弃其缺点,开发了一种组合行星轮式K-H-V渐开线行星齿轮差速器,经数十台卧螺离心机近十年的长期使用证明:这是一种结构简单、使用可靠、承载能力范围宽、适用于各种规格卧螺离心机的新颖差速器。 Nowadays,Horizontal Spiral Decanter Centrifuges are widely using 2K-H involute planetary gear differential and K-H-V cycloidal-pin wheel differential at home and abroad.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the both differentials above by the authors,a new kind of combining planetary gear with K-H-V involute planetary gear was developed,which had superiorities over the traditionals.After long-period applications in dozens of years with dozens of Horizontal Spiral Centrifuges,it is approved to be the newest differential which is suitable for all kinds of Horizontal Spiral Centrifuges with simple structure,reliable operation and wide-range carrying capacity.
