Nowadays,Horizontal Spiral Decanter Centrifuges are widely using 2K-H involute planetary gear differential and K-H-V cycloidal-pin wheel differential at home and abroad.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the both differentials above by the authors,a new kind of combining planetary gear with K-H-V involute planetary gear was developed,which had superiorities over the traditionals.After long-period applications in dozens of years with dozens of Horizontal Spiral Centrifuges,it is approved to be the newest differential which is suitable for all kinds of Horizontal Spiral Centrifuges with simple structure,reliable operation and wide-range carrying capacity.
