小流域智能规划系统的研究与应用

Intelligent Planning System for Small Watersheds

该文将专家系统技术引入目标规划模型，设计、开发了基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ 操作平台的小流域智能规划系统，使小流域规划向动态化、智能化方向推进．以北京地区密云县石匣小流域为例，利用小流域智能规划系统进行规划．系统运行结果表明，系统设计合理，数据输入和转换方便，易于计算，功能较为完善，规划结果良好．

Expert System technology is introduced in the development of goal planning model. On the basis of Windows, intelligent planning system for small watersheds is designed and developed. The system was applied in Shixia small watersheds, Miyun County, Beijing. The results demonstrate that the functions of system are satisfactory.
