摘要
Hs-3 是采用系谱育种和花药培养相结合育成的两用不育系.其光敏特性明显,育性转换的临界光长较短(< 12.5 h),不育起点温度低(< 23 ℃),不育性稳定,不育期长(≥65 d),可繁性好.籼粳分类表明Hs-3 为籼型.Hs-3 生育期具有一定感光性,在福州3~6 月份播种期(x)与抽穗日期(y)的回归关系为y = 108 -0.4x(r= 0.98).Hs-3 异交率高,配合力强,已选配的两系杂交稻新组合金两优36,产量优势明显.1998 年参加福建省中、晚稻区试,产量分别列参试组合的第1、第2位.
Hs 3 is a photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line of rice bred by pedigree selection and anther culture. It shows apparent photoperiod sensitivity with shorter critical daylength (<12.5 h) and lower critical day temperature (<23 ℃) for fertility transformation, stable sterility, long sterility time (≥65 d) and good reproduction ability. According to morphological identification, Hs 3 is classified to indica subspecies. It exhibits certain photoperiodic response. There was a regression relationship between heading date (y) and sowing date (x) as y=108-0.4x (r=0.98 ** ) when the sowing dates were arranged between March and June in Fuzhou. Hs 3 has high outcrossing rate and strong yield combining ability. A new two line hybrid rice variety Jinliangyou 36 bred with Hs 3 has shown significant yield heterosis.
