应用花药培养技术选育籼稻光敏不育系Hs-3

Breeding of a photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line of indica rice, Hs-3 using anther culture

Ｈｓ－３ 是采用系谱育种和花药培养相结合育成的两用不育系．其光敏特性明显，育性转换的临界光长较短（＜ １２．５ ｈ），不育起点温度低（＜ ２３ ℃），不育性稳定，不育期长（≥６５ ｄ），可繁性好．籼粳分类表明Ｈｓ－３ 为籼型．Ｈｓ－３ 生育期具有一定感光性，在福州３～６ 月份播种期（ｘ）与抽穗日期（ｙ）的回归关系为ｙ ＝ １０８ －０．４ｘ（ｒ＝ ０．９８）．Ｈｓ－３ 异交率高，配合力强，已选配的两系杂交稻新组合金两优３６，产量优势明显．１９９８ 年参加福建省中、晚稻区试，产量分别列参试组合的第１、第２位．

Hs 3 is a photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line of rice bred by pedigree selection and anther culture. It shows apparent photoperiod sensitivity with shorter critical daylength (<12.5 h) and lower critical day temperature (<23 ℃) for fertility transformation, stable sterility, long sterility time (≥65 d) and good reproduction ability. According to morphological identification, Hs 3 is classified to indica subspecies. It exhibits certain photoperiodic response. There was a regression relationship between heading date (y) and sowing date (x) as y=108-0.4x (r=0.98 ** ) when the sowing dates were arranged between March and June in Fuzhou. Hs 3 has high outcrossing rate and strong yield combining ability. A new two line hybrid rice variety Jinliangyou 36 bred with Hs 3 has shown significant yield heterosis.
