摘要
探讨政府投资评审的积极作用、评审重点及原则方法，并以贵阳市政府投资评审为实例进行分析，指出投资评审是项目投资控制中最直接、最有效的基本方法。有利于加强政府投资项目的建设管理，提高管理部门的“免疫”功能，减少腐败滋生，充分发挥投资效益。
