摘要
国有控股公司作为其子公司的出资者,负有对国有资产增值保值的责任,其中很多会落实到工程项目的建设中去。而国有控股公司复杂的母子公司关系和多项目管理,是国有控股公司的工程项目管理面临的难题。本文就国有控股公司的母子关系和多项目管理问题进行深入研究,提出三种管控模式,并提出相应的解决方法、依据和模型。
The state-owned holding company,as the investor of its subsidiary has the responsibility of preserving and increasing the value of state assets,many of which will be implemented into project construction.The complex parent-subsidiary relationship and multi-project management of state-owned company has brought many problems to the project management of state-owned company.This paper deeply researches the problem of parent-subsidiary relationship and multi-project management,puts forward three management models,and proposes corresponding so-lution foundations,methods and model.
