我国城市房屋拆迁制度的反思及完善——基于利益机制视角的分析

Rethink and Performance of Urban Housing Demolition System:Based on Benefits Mechanism

城市房屋拆迁是城市化进程中一个重要的环节,也是当前最为热点的社会稳定问题之一。本文从城市房屋拆迁的社会背景出发,运用博弈论对现行城市房屋拆迁中利益主体及其利益机制进行分析,从而反思现行城市房屋拆迁制度与机制引发的利益侵害与偏差,并从制度与机制的视角对完善城市房屋拆迁制度提出四项建议。

Urban housing demolition is an important part in the process of urbanization,as well as one of the hottest social stability problems.From the social background of urban housing demolition,analyzes the interest subject and benefit mechanism in current urban housing demolition by using game theory,to consider the benefit infringement and deviation caused by urban housing demolition,proposes four advices to perfect the urban housing demolition system from the perspective of system and mechanism.
