摘要
采用喷雾气压恒定为196.133 kPa、时间自动控制为3 s的ZHL97型喷雾器对荔枝蝽卵平腹小蜂喷雾甲胺磷.结果表明,在22~30 ℃、(70±5)% RH、14 Lv10 D光照条件下,甲胺磷对荔枝蝽卵平腹小蜂的毒性随温度的升高而增大, LC50为甲胺磷田间推荐使用浓度稀释倍数(1v1 000)的22~48倍(即1v22 000~1v48 000).
Indoor experiment was conducted to test the toxicity of 50% Methamidophos to the dominant parasitoid, Anastatus japonicus Ashmead, of Tessaratoma papillosa . The constant environmental conditions were 22-30 ℃, (70±5)% RH and 14 L∶10 D and the spray air pressure for methamidophos was 196.133 kPa with 3 seconds of spray time. Results indicated that the LC 50 of Methamidophos was ranged between 1∶22 000 and 1∶48 000 due to different temperatures;by contrast, the recommended consistency is 1∶1 000 for pest control in the field application. The regressions of the toxicity of Methamidophos on the motility of A.japonicus were also mentioned.
