几种菌糠营养成分及其瘤胃降解率 被引量:13

Nutrient components and ruminal degradability of several waste materials from fungal culture

摘要 为了研究菌糠用作反刍动物饲料的饲用价值,对6种菌糠进行了营养成分分析.同时选用4只装有瘤胃瘘管的山羊,利用尼龙袋法分别对其DM、OM、NDF和ADF瘤胃降解率进行测定.研究表明:香菇菌糠、平菇菌糠B、毛木耳菌糠、平菇菌糠A、猴头菇菌糠和草菇菌糠的CP、NFE、Ca、P含量均高,DM 动态降解率分别是71.90% 、40.15% 、36.35% 、35.72% 、35.56% 和33.36% ,OM 降解率分别是69.94% 、36.19% 、30.59% 、33.88% 、31.40% 和27.78% ,且降解速度较快,消化延搁期短.结果表明菌糠营养物质含量高,可被反刍动物消化利用,但有些菌糠NDF和ADF瘤胃降解率不高,需通过加工处理,进一步提高其营养价值. The nutrient components and ruminal degradability of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and acid detergent fiber (ADF) of 6 kinds of waste materials from fungal culture (WMFC) were analysed and measured by nylon bag method (in situ) in 4 adult goats installing rumen fistula in order to study the feeding value by using WMFC as feeds for ruminant. The results showed that the CP , NFE, Ca and P contents of WMFC were high. The effective degradability of DM of WMLC, WMPC B, WMAC, WMPC A, WMHC and WMVC were 71.90%, 40.15%, 36.35%,35.72%, 35.56% and 33.36%, that of OM, 69.94%, 36.19%, 30.59%, 33.88%, 31.40% and 27.78%, respectively. The rate of degradation was fast, and the lag time was short. It demonstrated that the contents of nutrient components of WMFC, which might be digested by ruminant, were high, but as the degradabilities of NDF and ADF of some WMFC were low, it was necessary to improve their nutrient value by processing treatments.
