前后做了2个试验.试验Ⅰ选用80只60周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分为1个对照组(CK)和4个处理组(T1、T2、T3、T4).处理组T1、T2分别在日粮中添加质量分数为0.4×10- 6和0.8×10- 6(以Cr计)的无机氯化铬(CrC13·6H2O);处理组T3、T4分别在日粮中添加质量分数为0.4×10- 6和0.8×10- 6(以Cr计)的铬酵母(Cryeast, Cr-Y).试验Ⅱ选用90只55周龄父母代种用蛋鸡,同样分成1个CK 组和4个处理组(t1、t2、t3、t4).处理组t1,t2分别在日粮中添加质量分数为0.4×10- 6和0.8×10- 6(以Cr计)的Cr-Y;t3,t4分别在日粮中添加质量分数为0.4×10- 6和0.8×10- 6(以Cr计)的烟酸铬(Cr nicotinate, Cr-Nic).2个试验均为期1个月.结果表明,日粮补充无机Cr或有机Cr对产蛋鸡各项生产性能未见明显影响,但于试验未,添加有机Cr组的蛋黄胆固醇质量分数和血清总胆固醇水平均比CK组和无机Cr组显著降低,而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平则有所提高;有机Cr组中质量分数为0.8×10- 6的与0.4×10- 6的相比,前者作?
Two experiments were conducted. In experiment Ⅰ, 80 60 week old brown commercial Hy line layer were used and randomly divided into 5 groups, of which one was used for control (CK) and four were used for treatments (T 1, T 2, T 3 and T 4). 0.4×10 -6 and 0.8×10 -6 of mass fraction of chromium (Cr) from inorganic Cr (CrC1 3. 6H 20) were supplemented to the basal diet for T 1 and T 2, while same mass fractions of Cr yeast (Cr Y) was added to the diet for T 3 and T 4. In experiment Ⅱ,90 55 week old parent breeder layers were used and divided into 5 groups (one for CK and 4 for treatments); Cr Y and Cr nicotinate (Cr Nic) were added at the same levels of Cr as experiment Ⅰ to the respective treatment groups(t 1,t 2,t 3,and t 4). Each experiment lasted for one month. The results showed that the supplementation of organic Cr(either Cr Y or Cr Nic) could effectively decrease both serum total cholesterol (TC) and yolk cholesterol content in laying hens and increase serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) compared with CK group and the groups treated by inorganic Cr, but no significant effect on production performances had been perceived after either inorganic or organic Cr addition. In comparison between the two levels of supplementaton, 0.8×10 -6 of mass fraction of Cr had greater effect than 0.4×10 -6 of mass fraction of Cr. The effect of Cr Y seemed to be better than that of Cr Nic.
