摘要
自MBA1991年首次传入中国,现已经历了20年的发展,20年间取得了不少成就的同时也显现出了与欧美有着百年发展的MBA之间的最短板,即中国高校对MBA的职业规划培养。职业定位是职业规划中的首要环节,以往的研究已对女性与男性MBA职业定位差异原因作出了解释,本文将基于对男女性MBA的家庭因素与职业因素的研究,讨论两者对于职业定位差异产生的影响。本研究的对象要求同是接受MBA教育、所学课程及其余一些重要因素相似;本文重点分析了职业定位与性别的关系,有关性别的研究还专门考虑了婚姻状态和是否有孩子两因素的影响。研究结果表明,上述两因素会很大程度地影响男女性MBA的职业定位。
It have been 20 years since the year 1991 when MBA was introduced to China.In this period,MBA education in China not only have obtained some achievements,and also have exposed soft spot : the training of occupational planning for MBA.Occupational planning is the first link of career orientation,previous research has explored the cause for difference between female and male MBA career orientation.This study explores motivational differences using a sample of MBA career orientation.This allows comparisons between male and female MBA,who are similar in terms of business education,educational credentials,and other important variables.
