植酸酶对蛋鸡磷利用率及蛋品品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选用72 周龄豫州褐蛋鸡,以玉米—大豆饼为基础日粮,降低总有效磷水平后,进行添加植酸酶试验- 该试验设4 个处理1 个对照:有效磷水平第1,2 处理为0-29% ,第3,4 处理为0-25% ;植酸酶添加量第1 ,3 处理为0-05% ,第2 ,4 处理为0-10% ;以全价料( 总有效磷水平0-33 % ,不添加植酸酶) 作对照- 结果表明,加酶各处理在产蛋率和蛋壳厚度等方面与对照无显著差异,但加酶各处理的单只蛋重、蛋黄总磷含量均高于对照,血清无机磷含量比对照提高了16-7% ~29-33% ,且各处理的磷利用率也有所提高,粪磷排放量降低了11-30 % ~32-29 %- This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of phytase on egg production,nutrient utilization and phosphorus excretion of laying hens fed with low P diet.For this purpese 5 trials were established with 80 laying hens of 72 week old.CK:fed with a diet containing 0.33% available phosphorus (Pa) without phytase as a contrast.Treatment 1:fed with a diet containing 0.29% Pa plus phytase.Treatment 2:fed with a diet containing 0.29 Pa plus 0.10% phytase.Treatment 3:fed with a diet containing 0.25% Pa plus 0.05% phytase.Treatment 4:fed with a diet containing 0.25% Pa plus 0.10% phytase.It is concluded that the egg production and the eggshell thickness in all treatments were similar,but the egg weight and phosphorus content of egg were significantly enhanced.The plasma P of treatment 2~5 were 16.17%~29.33% higher than that of CK.The excretion P of treatment 2~5 were 11.30~ 32.29% lower than that of CK.
