摘要
由于气动葫芦手持换向阀阀体具有内孔精度高,阀芯与阀孔同心度要求高,外形复杂,气密性要求高等特点,本文对0.25t气动葫芦手持换向阀阀体运用砂型铸造和机加工相结合的方法,制定出一套完整的制造工艺方案。这对其他气动葫芦手持换向阀阀体的加工工艺优化、加工成本的降低和效率的提高都具有实际性指导意义。
Because of hand-held pneumatic hoist valve body has the characteristics such as high precision bore,high requirements of concentricity,complex shape,demanding air-tightness(casting sand hole) and etc.,its manufacturing technology is not easy.Accordingly,this paper draws out a complete manufacturing process of hand-held pneumatic hoist valve body of 2.5 tons by applying the combination of sand casting and machining methods,which has some practical guiding significance for other hand-held pneumatic hoist valve body to optimize processes,improve efficiency and reduce costs in their machining process.
