摘要
分析了间隙式桥梁锁定装置的结构及其工作原理,根据其结构在ANSYS-ICEM中建立求解模型并划分网格,将网格模型导入到ANSYS-CFX中,通过设定不同的油液黏度得出不同的仿真结果,分析结果,研究油液动力黏度对LUD特性的影响。研究结果旨在提供一种为LUD选择油液的方法。
Through analysis of Gap Lock-up Device's structure and working theory,using the structure of LUD to build model and mesh in ANSYS-ICEM.After importing the mesh into ANSYS-CFX,by changing the value of dynamic viscosity of oil,we can get some groups of results.Through analysis of simulation result,we will know how the oil viscosity influence the character of the LUD.The purpose of the testing results is to supply a method for LUD to choose a property working oil.
