摘要
该文阐述了目前叉车所采用的制动方式,重点阐明全动力液压制动系统的原理、组成和此制动方式所具有的优势和存在的不足。介绍了优化现有液压制动系统的方法、改进后可满足5~10t叉车制动的HXQA蓄能器和制动阀OBV-L25E,提供了可用于重载叉车上全动力液压制动的系统方式和主要元件的选择。
This paper describes the current brake used forklift approach,focusing on full-power hydraulic braking system to clarify the principles,composition,and this way the advantages of the brake and shortcomings.Describes the optimization of existing methods for hydraulic brake systems,improved to meet the 5 to 10 ton forklift brake HXQA accumulator and the brake OBV-L25E,provides for heavy forklift truck full-power hydraulic braking system and major component selection mode.
