机制砂及石粉含量对路面水泥混凝土耐磨性的影响研究 被引量:21

A Study on Effects of Manufactured Sand and Micro-fines Content on Abrasion Resistance of Pavement Cement Concrete

摘要 以天然砂混凝土为基准,对比研究了机制砂以及机制砂中石粉含量、砂率变化对混凝土抗压强度与耐磨性的影响。研究结果表明:随着水灰比降低,无论是机制砂还是天然砂混凝土的抗压强度均逐渐增大,磨耗值逐渐降低。在同等条件下(相同水灰比、相同浆体含量),机制砂混凝土的强度与耐磨性均优于天然砂混凝土。当石粉含量在10%以内时,随石粉含量增加,机制砂混凝土磨耗值显著降低,但当石粉含量高于10%时,机制砂混凝土的磨耗值又略有提高。且随着机制砂混凝土砂率的提高,机制砂混凝土耐磨性下降。 Compared with the national sand concrete,it is investigated that the effects of manufactured sand,the different content micro-fines and sand ratio of the manufactured sand on the compressive strength and abrasion resistance.The results show that with the decrease of W/C,the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of whether the manufactured sand concrete or natural sand concrete is improved.Under the same conditions(same water-cement ratio,the same paste content),the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of the manufactured sand concrete are better than that of the natural sand concrete.When the micro-fines is lower than 10%,the abrasion value of the manufactured sand concrete decreases obviously with the increase of the micro-fines content.However,the abrasion value of the manufactured sand concrete increases slightly.And with the increase of the manufactured sand concrete's sand ratio,the abrasion resistance of the manufactured sand decreases gradually.
