摘要
在间歇式高压反应釜中,以碱性化合物K2CO3为催化剂,在温度为500℃、压力30MPa的实验条件下,对木质素在超临界水中的气化制氢进行了实验研究,并利用气相色谱仪及气相色谱―质谱联用仪对气、液相产物进行了分析。液相产物主要由糠醛、5―羟甲基糠醛等化合物组成,这是在超临界条件下葡萄糖分解的主要产物,根据分析结果,给出了木质素的反应路径,并通过自由基反应机理解释了气相产物的产生。
Experimental investigation on hydrogen production by gasification of lignin was studied in supercritical water in a batch-type autoclave.And alkaline compound K2CO3 was used as catalyst under the experimental condition of 500℃ and 30MPa.Gas phase products and liquid phase products were analysed by gas chromatograph and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer respectively.Liquid phase products were composed of furfural,5-hydroxymethyl furfural.They were the main products of glucose under supercritical conditions.According to analysis results,reaction pathway of lignin was proposed.Free radical reaction mechanism was proposed to interpret the formation mechanism of gas.
