摘要
1994 ~1995 年对相岭山系的冕宁冶勒自然保护区大熊猫种群进行了野外生态研究,以粪团作为间接指标,使用样带法、逆向截线法和传统的方法,对大熊猫种群密度进行了研究,并比较了各种方法的优缺点。结果表明:保护区内大熊猫的种群密度为0 .032 5 只/km 2 。并结合当地的实际情况对大熊猫的保护提出了切实可行的对策。
The report gives an account of the field work on the giant panda population in Yele natural reserve of the Mianning county in Xiangling mountains from 1994~1995.With droppings as indirect indication the authors used the sampling line method, the inverse line transect method and the traditional method to survey the density of giant panda population. A comparison was made between the new way for investigation and the earlier ones. The field work resulted in the discovery of the approximate number of giant panda in the natural reserve.The density was 0.0325 ind./km 2 .Some countermeasures to protect the giant panda on the basis of local actual situation were put forward.
