摘要
3 日龄雏鸡人工感染vAMV并分别注射黄芪多糖(APS)和香菇多糖(Len) 后,于10,17,24,31 日龄检测实验雏鸡的淋巴细胞化学发光(CL) 变化。结果表明:APS对vAMV感染雏鸡脾脏和法氏囊淋巴细胞的CL有显著影响;Len 对vAMV感染雏鸡脾脏和胸腺淋巴细胞CL值有显著影响。实验结果提示,APS和Len 抗AMV及其肿瘤的作用机理可能与其增强淋巴细胞氧自由基代谢有关。
Three-day-old broiler chicks artificial-infected with vAMV,were injected with APS or Len.The CL of lymphocytes in chicks was detected at 10,17,24,31 after treatment.The results showed APS had significant effect on the CL of bursa lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes,Len had significant effect on the CL of thymus lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes.These results suggested the biological effect of anti-AMB or AMB tumor was related to their regulation on active oxygen radical metabolism of lymphocytes in chicks.
