摘要
报道了诱抗菌和激发菌之间接种间隔期、诱抗菌的孢子浓度和接种方法3 种不同条件对油菜菌核病抗性诱导的影响。结果表明,诱抗菌和激发菌之间接种最佳间隔期为5 ~7 d;诱抗菌接种的最佳浓度为2 .3×105 个孢子/mL,且以喷雾和摩擦粘贴法效果最好。
The effcets of inoculation interval between pathogen of iduced resistance and pathogen of stimulated resistance, the conidium concentration of pathogen of induced resistance and the way of inoculation on the induced resistance of rape against Rape sclerotiniose were studied. The results showed that suitable inoculation interval, optimum conidium concentration and the best inoculation way are 5~7 days, 2.3×10 5/mL, spraying as well as pasting after friction respectively.
