摘要
本实验比较了鱼精蛋白的提取方法,得出较佳工艺。将提取物作抑菌实验,结果表明鱼精蛋白对细菌有抑制作用,对真菌则没有抑制作用。
A comparatively good method of the extraction for protamine was selected in the experiment. The antibacterial effect of protamine was observed. The results showed that protamine is effective in controlling bacteria, but ineffective in controlling fungi.
