摘要
用高分辨电感耦合等离子体时序发射光谱仪(ICP2070) 定点扫描、流动注射在线检测(FIA- ICP-AES) ,研究了C- 18 柱分离天然产物青钱柳叶水萃取液中多种微量元素的有机态和无机态的条件。并结合微量元素形态分析模式,将所分离的部分用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS) 进行离线检测。结果表明:C-18 柱反相分离和单道ICP- AES定点扫描功能研究青钱柳萃取物中微量元素的物种形态是可行的。青钱柳提取液中微量元素的存在状态绝大部分为可溶态,悬浮态量较少。不同微量元素的有机形态和无机形态在两种提取液中的分布行为不同,萃取方式对微量元素形态的提取具有选择性。
The studies on the speciation analysis of the extract from leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja were completed by means of FIA-ICP-AES on the basis of C-18 bonded silica gel column seperation and microwave extraction for sample preparation. The results showed that the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was accurate for detection of trace elements. The trace elements in the two water extracts were mostly in solution rather than in suspension. Speciation of trace elements varies with extraction methods.
