摘要
将20 只健康成年大白兔分成四组,分别接种不同来源的伪狂犬病毒材料,结果表现出相同的临床症状,均在48 h 后开始表现不安,出现典型的奇痒症,致死率达100 % ;有体温升高,高达42.4 ℃;组织学病变表现为脑神经空泡化,肺泡内出血和水肿,肝细胞与肾小管上皮细胞明显水泡变性,气管粘膜上皮层下高度充血、出血。
rabbits (4 groups) were infected with different Pseudorabies virus strains respectively. The results after 48 hours indicated that all the rabbits infected with Pseudorabies virus showed same symptoms, such as body temperature rising to 42.4℃, unrest, tickle, the mortality was 100%. The pathological changes in tissue included brain neuron empty, lung alveoli hemorrhage and edema. The hepatic cells and the epithelial cells of renal tubules were vacuolar degeneration, tracheal mucosa epithelial layer arterial hyperemia and hemorrhage.
