Its major content includes the following points： putting thought of caring as the top priority and constantly promoting Marxism in China, emphasizing political care that party members and cadres must have political awareness,＂ valuing life care and accentuating that government should create necessary material conditions for party members and cadres, highlighting spiritual concern and regarding it as the spiritual support to inspire party members, and first mentioning psychological concern and attaching importance to the physical and mental health of party members and cadres. Jiang Zemin＇s thought of intra-party caring is characterized by hereditability, innovativeness and perspectiveness.
