摘要
采用还原剂为葡萄糖和肼对涤纶织物化学镀银,借助SEM和XRD对镀层的表面形貌进行分析,并测试化学镀银织物的电磁波屏蔽、耐磨性、刚柔性和透气性。结果表明,葡萄糖作还原剂时镀层表面光滑、晶粒较小,电磁波屏蔽及耐磨性能均优于肼镀银织物;两种不同还原剂化学镀银织物的刚柔性基本不变,透气性有所下降。
Electroless platings of silver on PET fabrics were operated by using two different reducing agents in the labatory. The surface and structural changes in the deposition of Ag were also investigated by means of SEM and XRD. The properties of the Ag-plated fabrics, such as electromagnetic shielding perform- ance, abrasion resistance, softness and permeability, were also measured. It was found, compared with H2NNH2, the grain size became smaller when using C6H12O6 as the reducing agent. For the Ag- plated fabrics with the similar weight percentage gains, the shielding effectiveness and abrasion resist- ance of the Ag-plated fabric using C6H12O6 as reducing agent turned up better. The softness of PET fabric before and after treatments was not changed, but the permeability decreased to some extent for both samples.
