链箅机-回转窑球团工艺耐火材料的使用 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国高炉入炉炉料结构的优化,球团矿的需要量越来越大,链箅机-回转窑球团工艺生产氧化球团的快速发展,使业界对三大主机耐火材料的使用逐步重视。链箅机、回转窑、环冷机三大主机的正常运行关系到整个生产线的作业率。讨论了三大主机耐火材料砌筑及使用过程中遇到的问题以及解决办法。通过理论计算结合实际生产经验设计耐火材料材质、砌筑方法以及厚度。耐火材料根据工况不同选择合适材质,高温区域尽可能选择非金属锚固件,合理设置各个工作区域的膨胀缝,严格按照升降温曲线开关炉窑。 Along with the structure optimization of our country's blast furnace burden, the demand quantity on pellet is more and more big. The rapid development of oxidized pellet producted by grating machine -rotary kiln palletizing process, make industry pay more attention to the using of refractory material for the three host machine. The normal operation of the three host machine, grating machine - rotary kiln - circular cooler, concerns the operation rate for the whole production line. The troubles and the solutions in the masonry and the using of the refractory material for the three host machine were discussed. According to the theoretical calculation and the practical production experiences, design the material, masonry method and thickness of the refractory material. According to the different working condition, select the suitable material for refractory material. In the high temperature field should choose the nonmetal material anchorages. Set the expansion joint of each work area reasonably. Power on/off the furnace strictly according to the curve of raised and lowered temperature.
