随着国际标准化体系的不断发展,在国际贸易中,发达国家因标准而获得了竞争优势地位。作为发展中国家,我国在国际贸易中面临着国际标准壁垒、国际标准争夺和自主创新等诸多挑战。因此,在充分认识标准对我国经济转型积极作用的基础上,需要对我国现阶段的国家标准化政策作出恰当的选择。首先,要制定和实施我国国家标准战略;其次,要修订和完善我国的《标准化法》;再次,要依法规制国际技术标准中专利权滥用行为。

With the development of international standardization system the developed countries have won competitive dominative position owed to their standard in international trade.As a developing country,China is faced with such challenges as international standard barriers,international standard rivalry and independent innovation.Therefore,based on full knowing about effectiveness of standard on our economic transition it is necessary to make proper selection for our national standardization policy.Firstly,formulate and implement national standardization strategy.Secondly,revise and perfect standardization law.Thirdly,regulate on the abuse of patent right in international standardization.
