浅析回弹法的误差及其不确定度

Analysis on error and measurement uncertainty of the rebound method

通过对回弹法的误差及不确定性分析,提出了一套定量计算回弹法误差及不确定度的方法,并指出现行规程中混凝土强度计算评定方法的不足,为现行规程的修订提供参考。同时在实际应用中,如果在处理单独使用回弹法获得的检测数据时,充分考虑回弹法的系统误差及不确定度,就可以为工程设计人员提供可信程度更高的设计依据,使得设计者可以大胆的对技术改造项目进行优化设计,节约了投资成本。该基本研究思路亦适用于其他无损检测技术和评定方法。

Propose a quantitative calculation method of error and measurement uncertainty of the rebound method, and point out the deficiency of the concrete compressive strength evaluation method in current specification,which could provide reference for the later specification revisal. And meanwhile, in practice, if we could fully consider system error and measurement uncertainty of the rebound method during dealing with detection data obtained by using rebound method only, more higher credibility design basis could be provided for project designers, so designers could optimize the design of technological transformation projects,and investment cost would be saved.The basic idea of this paper is also applicable to study other nondestructive testing technologies and evaluation method.
