摘要
以煤矸石替代部分碎石、粉煤灰和矿渣替代部分水泥配制煤矸石混凝土,采用正交试验对其进行了耐久性的研究,分析了经硫酸盐侵蚀后抗压强度损失值、渗透系数及其冻融后弹性模量损失值3个指标,试验表明,粉煤灰的影响因素要大于矿渣的影响因素。通过极差分析法与功效系数法得出了煤矸石混凝土耐久性的优方案是相同的,即煤矸石混凝土的耐久性优方案是煤矸石替代碎石量30%、粉煤灰替代水泥量20%、矿渣替代水泥量15%。同时建立了硫酸盐侵蚀后抗压强度损失值与冻融后弹性模量损失值之间的线性关系,这对预测、控制和改善煤矸石混凝土的性能具有实际意义。
Made concrete with coal gangue instead of some aggregate, fly ash and slag instead of some cement basing on main properties of coal gangue from No.1 mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an coal group.Durabilities of coal gangue concrete were studied by the method of orthogonal experiment.Loss of compression strength after corrosion by sulphate, osmotic coefficient and loss of modulus elasticity after freeze-thaw were analysed. According to the experiment, influence of fly on coal gangue concrete was higher than that of slag on it.The method of range analysis was the same as the integrated balance method at the optimum proportioning of coal gangue concrete durability.And its optimum proportioning was as follow, coal gangue instead of 30% aggregate, fly ash instead of 20% cement, slag instead of 15% cement.Besides, Loss of compression strength after corrosion by sulphate, osmotic coefficient and loss of modulus elasticity after freeze-thaw had linear relation.It could provide useful technical reference to forecast, control and improve performances of coal gangue concrete.
