摘要
结合工程项目,采用掺入复合矿物掺合料、高效减水剂、膨胀剂的"三掺"技术措施,优化混凝土配合比设计和试验,通过提高混凝土的工作性和自密实性能,提高混凝土的限制膨胀率,降低混凝土的限制收缩率,在混凝土中建立预压应力,减小混凝土微裂缝产生,提高混凝土品质,配制的自密实防水混凝土能满足地下结构承重、防水、自填充、防裂和耐久的多重功能要求,并在项目中得到实践应用,为地下结构自密实防水混凝土的应用提供了参考。
Combined with engineering project, adopting technical measures inculding incorporating composite mineral admixtures, high water reducing admixture and expansive agent to optimize mix concrete proportioning design and test, improve the self-compacting concrete workability and performance, improving the concrete restricted expansion rate, reduce shrinkage of concrete restrictions, establish compressive pre-stress,reduce the micro concrete cracks, improve the quality of concrete.The configuration of the self-compacting waterproof concrete can meet the multi- ple fimction requests of underground structure bearing, waterproof, self-filling ability, anti-cracking and durability of concrete.The mix .designs were applied in practice.which provides reference for underground structure of self-compacting waterproof concrete application practice.
