摘要
为解决蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体易开裂空鼓问题,试验研究了水泥砂浆、掺加砂浆王的砂浆和添加复合外加剂的专用砂浆,并就三种砂浆的泌水性、稠度、抗压强度和收缩值等性能进行了对比,对比结果表明:水泥砂浆的抗压强度最高,且泌水较严重,收缩值最大;掺加砂浆王的砂浆的抗压强度比水泥砂浆略有减小,但相对蒸压加气混凝土砌块仍较大,泌水性较大,收缩值最小;专用砂浆的抗压强度与蒸压加气混凝土砌块较接近,泌水性比前两种砂浆小,收缩值介于前两者之间,砂浆和易性较好,综合性能优于前两种砂浆。
Based on that autoclaved aerated concrete block wall is easy to cause crack and hollowing,the bleeding,consistency,compressive strength and shrinkage of three mortars including cement mortar, mortar with mortar admixture and special supplementary mortar with compound admixture for the autoclaved aerated concrete block was studied and compared.The results show that the compressive strength of cement mortar is highest, and the bleeding is serious, and the shrinkage is largest;and that the compressive strength of mortar with mortar admixture is smaller than that of cement mortar,but is higher than that of autoclaved aerated concrete block, and the bleeding is also serious, and the shrinkage at is minimum among this three mortars;and that the compressive strength of special supplementary mortar is close to that of autoclaved aerated concrete block, and its bleeding is smaller than that of the first two mortars, and the shrinkage at is between other two mortars, and it also has a good workability, so its comprehensive property is super to the first two mortars.
