摘要
对采用阻锈剂进行表面处理的低强度混凝土(C10、C15、C20)试件的耐久性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:在混凝土表面涂抹阻锈剂后,阻锈剂能有效地阻止了二氧化碳在混凝土中的扩散,提高了低强度混凝土的抗碳化能力。在混凝土表面涂抹阻锈剂后,强度等级较低的混凝土抗碳化能力提高值要大于强度等级较高的混凝土;即使在混凝土强度较低的情况下,阻锈剂也能有效地阻止氯离子的渗透,提高低强度混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力;在混凝土表面涂刷阻锈剂后,对低强度的混凝土的抗锈蚀也有一定作用,混凝土强度越高,效果越好。在低强度混凝土表面涂刷阻锈剂后,也能有效降低钢筋的锈蚀量,对低强度混凝土中的钢筋起到了有效地保护作用。这些研究成果可为低强度混凝土结构的耐久性评估提供一定的参考。
The durability of low strength concrete (C10,C15 ,C20) which surface treatment by anti-corrosion admixture were tested, The results showed that smeared anti-corrosion admixture on the surface of the concrete, because the obstacles of anti-corrosion admixture for carbon dioxide diffusion,it improved the carbonation ability of low strength concrete.The carbonation ability enhancement value of low strength concrete was larger than high strength concrete.Even for the lower strength concrete,the anti-corrosion admixture can effectively prevent chloride ion penetration.Alter smear anti-corrosion admixture on the surface of the concrete, it was also plays a role to the resistance of corrosion, the higher the strength of concrete, the better the results, and it also reduced the steel corrosion quantity effectively.The results can provide certain reference for the design and evaluation of low strength concrete structure.
