摘要
光学仪器使用时,由于温度场的影响会产生尺寸变化、变形和应力,光轴也会偏折,引起仪器的精度和象质降低。本文根据实测和理论分析,讨论典型的仪器内温度场,及由此产生的仪器尺寸变形、光学元件的变化和产生的温度应力。在这分析基础上研讨减小温度场对光学仪器精度影响的具体措施,为设计精密光学仪器提供可行的方法。
Due to thermal effects,optical instruments will change its size and induce deformation and stress.That will effect its accuracy and image quality.In this paper, we describe some theoretical analysis and measurement, discuss the typical temperature fields inside instruments and its effeets on instruments,such as the change of size, the deformation of optical elements and thermal stress. After analysis,we put forward some useful methods to eliminate this thermal effects and provide you with the reference for design of precise optical instruments.
