未生育妇女子宫肌瘤术式与术后妊娠的关系

The relationship between surgical hysteromyoma and pregnancy after surgery with non-pregnant women

目的分析已婚未育子宫肌瘤患者行肌瘤剔术中子宫肌瘤的类型、手术方式、出血量、手术时间,探讨术式与术后妊娠的关系。方法对79例已婚未生育子宫肌瘤的妇女行肌瘤剔除术,统计子宫肌瘤手术方式及术中出血量和手术时间,随访2年的妊娠率。结果 79例患者行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除38例,其中单发子宫肌瘤25例,手术出血量(87.50±18.64)ml,手术时间(68.85±18.34)min。多发子宫肌瘤13例,术中出血量(183.33±36.13)ml,手术时间(73.33±18.56)min;宫腔镜下11例均为单发黏膜下肌瘤,出血量(43.33±13.21)ml,手术时间(100.00±21.23)min;腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术30例,术中出血量(103.33±18.67)ml,手术时间(81.67±18.69)min。结论已婚未育有生育要求的子宫肌瘤患者,行手术治疗后有助于妊娠。

Objective To analysis the types,surgical,blood loss,operative time of married and non-pregnant women suffering from hysteromyoma in myomectomy.Methods 97 cases of married and non-pregnant women suffering from hysteromyoma with myomectomy.The surgical hysteromyoma,blood loss and operative time were Statisticsed and followed-up for 2-year pregnancy rates.Results 38 cases were operated through the abdominal myomectomy.Single hysteromyoma was 25 cases（65.79%）.Blood loss was 87.50±18.64;Operative time was（68.85±18.34）min.Multiple hysteromyoma was 13 cases（34.21%）.The average blood loss was（183.33 ±36.13）ml,operative time（73.33±18.56）min;there were 11 cases of solitary submucosal myoma with hysteroscope.The operation lasts（100.00±21.23） min and the amount of bleeding is（43.33±13.21）ml.There were 30 cases of laparoscopic in myomectomy.The operation lasts（81.67±18.69） min and the amount of bleeding is（103.33±18.67）ml.Conclusion The married and non-multiparous women with hysteromyoma,myomectomy is helpful in the postoperative pregnancy.
