摘要
用原位光密度测定法探讨了三十烷醇(TA) 、吲哚乙酸(IAA) 、赤霉素(GA3) 对盾卵形藻小形变种、柔软舟形藻生长速率的影响。单因子试验结果表明: 3 种植物生长物质对两种底栖硅藻的生长速率有明显的促进作用, TA 对两种底栖硅藻促进生长的最佳质量浓度为1-0 mg/L;IAA 对盾卵形藻小形变种、柔软舟形藻促进生长的最佳质量浓度分别为1-0,0-1 mg/L; GA3 对盾卵形藻小形变种、柔软舟形藻促进生长的最佳质量浓度分别为1-0 , 0-5 mg/L。正交多因子组合试验结果表明: 培养两种底栖硅藻的TA、IAA、GA3的最佳质量浓度(mg/L) 及配比为: 盾卵形藻小形变种0-5∶0-5∶1-0 ; 柔软舟形藻1-5∶0-5∶0-5 。
The influence of Triacontane IAA and GA\-3 on the growth rates of \%Cocconeis scutellum\% var Parva and \%Navicula mollis\% was studied by using an in situ OD measurement The results showed that the three kinds of plant growth materials apparently accelerated the growth of two benthic diatoms The optimum concentrations of TA and IAA were 1 0 mg/L for \%C scutellum\% var Parva,and 0 1 mg/L for \%N mollis\% (W Sm );The optimal concentration of GA\-3 was 1 0 mg/L for \%C scutellum\% var Parva, and 0 5 mg/L for \%N mollis\% (W Sm ) The orthogonal test of the three factors of TA,IAA,GA\-3 showed that the optimal concentration ratios (mg/L)of the three kinds of plant materials were as follows∶0 5∶0 5∶1 0 for \%C scutellum\% var Parva;1 5∶0 5∶0 5 for \%N mollis\% (W Sm )
