摘要
对重庆爪嫩姜在30℃~4℃,相对湿度(90±5)%下裸藏,以包装在10℃和30℃贮藏为对照,进行贮藏品质的研究。结果表明,在10℃包装贮藏的效果最佳。
Young gingers produced in Chongqing were stored at 4℃, 10℃, 13℃, 20℃ and 30℃ under 90±5% r. h. without package or at 10℃ and 30℃in polyethylane film bags and the changes in their quality were examined.Optimum results of quality-preserving were obtained in packaged storage at 10℃.
